Kenneth Robert McMahon, 85, of Brownstown, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2016 at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Indianapolis, IN.
Mr. McMahon worked as a electrician for “Ford” at Bedford and also retired from that company, he was also a farmer. He was a member of the American Legion, a 50 year mason with the Washington Lodge 13, F & AM in Brownstown. A member of the 51st,Fight Interceptor Wing Assoc.
He spent several years on the Zoning and planning commission in Jackson County. He liked fishing and high school football and the Jackson County Fair. He was a 1948 graduate of Clearspring High School. He was a United States Air Force veteran.
Born October 3, 1930 in Dayton, Ohio, he was a son of the late William Walter & Gladys (Eyler) McMahon. On June 3, 1956 he married Rosetta (Brewer) McMahon and she survives.

1 brother: Donald “Butch” (Carolyn) McMahon
1 sister: Lauralee (Charlie) Bingham
There are 10 grandchildren, and 11 greatgrandchildren who survive.
He was preceded in death by 1 son (Jerry McMahon and 1 grandson (Parker McMahon).
Visitation: Wednesday at Winklepleck-Weesner in Brownstown from 4pm – 8 pm. There will be a masonic service that night starting at 7:30 pm at the funeral home. The funeral will be on Thursday morning at the funeral home and it starts at 11AM, Viewing that day starts at 10 AM.
Burial with military rites will follow at the Smallwood Cemetery, Brownstown.
